When creating your purchase button, all you need to do is enter a title for the ticket and how much it should cost. Then, you simply tick the box that the buyer should receive a one-time ticket. Done!

The buyer can purchase multiple tickets in the same order. When you scan the ticket, you'll see their name and the number of tickets purchased in the same order.

As an organizer, you'll have access to our ticket scanner, which is entirely web-based and works on all mobiles, tablets, and computers. If you have multiple ticket checkers, they can go to blippa.kwikk.se, enter your seller number, and start scanning tickets - completely without apps and installations!

A digital punch card can be scanned multiple times. You can set the number of times it can be scanned when creating the purchase button.
You can also set how long the punch card should be valid: for a specific period after purchase or until a certain date and time.

By linking a membership card to a purchase button, the payer receives a digital membership card that is valid for a certain period after the purchase or the first use. You can also link the purchase button to a membership register - read more about it on the Kwikk Member page.

You set the duration of the membership card's validity (or until a specific date and time) when creating the purchase button. Like other tickets, the membership card can be used digitally on a screen or printed on paper.

As the issuer of the membership card, you also get access to our super simple ticket scanner, which works on all types of mobile devices and computers with internet connection. You can test it by going to blippa.kwikk.se.

From there, you can also undo scans or cancel tickets that haven’t been used yet.

Frequently asked questions

Can you print the tickets?

Yes. The purchaser receives their ticket/tickets via email which can be printed. The buyer also receives an SMS with a link to the tickets, which can be saved as images on their mobile phone."

Can we sell tickets on-site as well?

Absolutely. When you create the purchase button for your tickets, you'll also get a QR code that you can print and display outside the entrance. By scanning it with their mobile (or manually entering the web address), your visitors can easily purchase their tickets directly on their mobile and then show the ticket to an attendant.

Can we get participant lists to check off?

Yes, you can easily generate lists of all those who have purchased tickets, including their names and contact information.

Can we set a limited number of tickets?

Yes, when you create a purchase button, you can specify how many tickets (or seats) should be available. When the tickets are sold out, all purchase buttons in all channels will be automatically deactivated, and the button will appear gray with the text 'Sold out'
